A process shared between the public and private sectors has resulted in an initiative based on an urban redevelopment project that envisages the demolition of building that has remained unfinished for years and the construction of new accommodation and residential buildings, a stone’s throw from Via Roma, the popular shopping street.
Aimed at those who want to enjoy the mountains without making any sacrifices, but who wish to be far from the excesses of modern life, the initiative as a whole aims to create accommodation facilities and residential buildings that are able to exist alongside one another in perfect harmony.
The area, just 5 minutes by car from the new Mont Blanc Skyway cable car, which reaches the 3466m summit of Pointe Helbrunner, is convenient to the ski lifts, Val Ferret and Val Veny and is easy to reach.
