On the road to Val Ferret, overlooking Mont Blanc and not far from the futuristic Skyway (which leads to the 3466m summit of Pointe Helbronner), Pria became the owner of an unfinished construction site, currently consisting of 4 chalets, as a result of a complex purchase transaction and the use of a non-performing loan.
The company, already holder of a building permit, will carry out the redevelopment by increasing the existing volume (thanks to the so-called Legge Casa – “Housing Law” – of the Valle D’Aosta Region) and carrying out the work in coordination with an adjacent project linked to a prominent family of local entrepreneurs.
Thanks to this joint effort, this PRIA project will contribute to the revival of an entire district, which has suffered for years as a result of the Mont de La Saxe landslide and the relocation of the Mont Blanc cable car.
The area, in fact, will be redeveloped with the completion of luxury chalets (with low energy consumption and high-quality wooden and stone finishes), the construction of garages for the village and the redevelopment of common and green areas, also through the creation of specific services.
A project that will combine the most refined architectural traditions of Valle D’Aosta with the most modern construction technologies – all while paying close attention to the environment.
