A building with a great intrinsic quality, in one of the most exclusive areas of Milan, but poorly maintained and rented out at a low rate to the Administrative Court of Lombardy: the challenge was to increase its value.

The purchase was made within the context of a club deal set up with a group of investors and managed by Pria in 2006.

The development, with the release of the property and subsequent split sale, took place in the midst of the financial and property crisis.

The perseverance and ability to overcome the many obstacles put in its way, led to an outstanding result.
