With regard to its projects abroad, Pria, together with the company Petrskà Invest sro, participated in the development of a prestigious building in Prague and, with the company Oberon, in the development of a project in Berlin.
Pria’s desire to develop new projects in the retail park sector led to the establishment of Priaura. In its first year of business it completed its first discount store in Piacenza and it is currently building an 8000m2 shopping mall in Parma.
