Priaura, the joint venture between Pria and Aura (a market leader in the development of shopping centres), has concluded its first development project by building a Eurospin supermarket in Piacenza.
After thorough preparatory work carried out by Aura, the company purchased the area in Piacenza at the end of March 2019, where, in just nine months, it completed the building despite the substantial change to the finishes requested by the client during the works.
The inauguration of the supermarket, to the great satisfaction of all the parties involved, was held on 5 December 2019. Priaura is now looking ahead with confidence to the new development underway in Parma, for the construction of an urban shopping mall covering approximately 12,500 m2.
